Rubber Additives

In the production of rubber articles silicones are useful to simplify processes. They protect surfaces during the treatment, but also afterwards when the finished goods are utilised.

In order to improve lubricant or adhesion properties of rubber articles they are treated with specific modified silicone substances.

EPDM profiles are treated with special silicone coatings in order to facilitate the processing of these profiles. Furthermore they provide protection against drying up, ozone and UV light.
