Surface Coating Agents for Building Profiles

Struksilon P 165

STRUKSILON P 165 is a semi permanent coating suitable for rubber technical form articles (e.g. profiles, seals) in various industrial fields. Due to its special emulsifying system the product is highly compatible with plastic material.
STRUKSILON P 165 leaves a slide film which does not grease or wander. This slide film is permanent and also effective after several fixtures.

The product generation of so called "slip polymers" has taken more and more market importance over the last years. The big advantage of such coating materials ist that the are designed to built a solid, dry non sticky, regular and mat-shiny film on the elastomer surface. Apart from highly improved final product appearance thus coatings show sufficient slipping performance that is helpful in automated systems.

Struktol® VP 5289

Struktol® VP 5289 is a permanent lubricant for rubber profiles of any rubber composition. It forms a slipping film on the rubber surface and thus eases assembling.

After vulcanisation of the rubber profile the lubricant can be applied either by spraying, brushing or preferrably by dipping. Curing of the lubricant Struktol® VP 5289 is excellent so that the surface of the profiles are covered all over with the lubricating film. After a short drying period the profile can be rolled up. The lubricating effect is available directly after coating and also at later processing.
