Silicone Oil Emulsions

Silicone oil based mould release agents are products used when there are especially high quality demands regarding the cured surface or especially good slip properties are required. The products have different oil viscosities and oil concentrations. All these cost-effective products may be diluted with water. An oil concentration of 1% to 3% usually gives an adequate release effect in rubber moulding.

Struksilon E 35
  • Aqueous non-ionic emulsion of a low-viscosity silicone fluid
  • 35 % Active content
     
  • Due to the low viscosity STRUKSILON E 35 is easy to handle and to dose. It consists exceptionally biodegradable surfactants. The small particle size enables a fine dispersion of the emulsion on the surface and the formation of a coherent film.
    The release, slip and hydrophobic properties of STRUKSILON E 35 are excellent.
    To achieve the required release and lubricant effect only little amounts of STRUKSILON E 35 need to be applied. The emulsion can be diluted to an active content of 0.5%.

Struksilon E 60

Struksilon 72
  • Aqueous emulsion of a high-viscosity silicone polymer with non-ionic and anionic emulsifiers
  • 35 % active content
     
  • STRUKSILON 72 is a very fine polymer dispersion with an oil viscosity of approx. 500.000 mPas. The emulsion has a high stability and is insensitive against shear forces.
  • STRUKSILON 72 is low viscous, can be easily dosed and gives a uniform coherent film on the surface. The product shows excellent release and slip properties.
