Antifoams

In the chemical and processing industry problems often arise with foam formation which has to be controlled or prevented at all. In this area special silicones provide assistance. Often these products are tailor-made developed for one specific application.

The formulation of silicones and special silicas are used to create antifoams, mostly used in non-aqueous systems.
